Daily Routine 

Rinse your nightguard as soon as you remove it from your mouth in the morning. Then, lightly brush it with your toothbrush. This will help remove any saliva or plaque that has accumulated.

Set your guard on a clean surface to air dry or use a cloth before storing it.

Weekly Routine 

Use a cleaning tablet such as Rolident for Retainers or Retainer Brite once a week for a deep clean. These can be purchased over-the-counter at most drugstores and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Simply drop a tablet into a glass of water with your appliance.

Yearly Routine 

Bring your appliance to your appointment once a year to have it checked 🙂
